I'm new to ChefTalk, so here's my introduction....:suprise:

Let's see, I am currently the only female cook in a loud, hot, and very exciting Greek restaurant kitchen and I LOVE it. Learning so much about what was once a relatively unknown cuisine to me has been fascinating.

When I'm not in my work kitchen I'm in my home kitchen trying out different wild game recipes and experimenting with new ingredients, all while managing to keep food out of the reach of my Great Dane, who spends all his time trying to steal whatever I'm cooking.

My other great hobby is skydiving, which I took up about two years ago and continues to thrill me.

Anyway...I'm excited to have found ChefTalk, I've seen some great stuff so far!
