Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page are the James Beard Award-winning authors of BECOMING A CHEF, CULINARY ARTISTRY, DINING OUT, CHEF'S NIGHT OUT, and THE NEW AMERICAN CHEF, and have been featured widely in media ranging from National Public Radio to the "Today" show.
