Cheers to ChefTalk members, I'm a mid-thirties lover of cooking. I didn't discover this about myself until five years ago, when it became an option while being a stay-at-home dad. Those stay-at-home days are long gone, but not my desire to learn.

Looking forward to absorbing all the tips I can.
