Hilton Hotel Experience??

Would a 3 star Hilton Hotel be better than a unknown small casual restraunt for experience and reference?? If I have the chance should I take it or stay where I am at?

I would say yes... but this is coming from someone that chose the hotel route (at least for now) over the small restaurant industry.

If you can get a good reference, it will definitely be worth it. Brands like Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, etc... always look great on a resume.
