HELP!!! asap

Hi, i'm hime, nice to meet you all.
i'll have a cooking competition soon, and the ingredients should be chicken, spinach, sweet potato for one course and it should have an asian element. would you help me asap thx very much :chef:

This is an idea of a chinese modified Chicken Spinach Porridge.. hope it helps:

50g Rice (washed and rinsed)
300ml Water
50g Chicken Fillet, minced
25g Spinach, chopped
1 pc Sweet Potatoes, cubed (modified ingredient)

1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Light Soy Sauce

1. Marinate chicken and set aside.
2. Put rice and water in a double boiler.
3. Steam for about 30 minutes until porridge is cooked.
4. Stir in chicken, spinach & sweet potatoes
5. Continue to steam for the next 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
6. Remove porridge from the double-boiler. Leave aside.
7. Serve

Oh yeah... another variation is to fry the Spinach with a little salt and sprinkle them on top as garnish.
