I joined this forum hoping to find some information and guidance! I have been a caterer for 6+ years now. I recently moved to a new state (Idaho), and as such had to leave my clients behind.
I am now wanting to do something on a smaller scale, private chef and in-home cooking classes/parties. I will be lurking here loking for information and guidance...feel free to e-mail me if you have information to share!
