Hi all Food Lovers,
I am new to this forum and very excited to participate. I am from Chicago, the windy city! I absolutley love to cook and consiquently have semi-retired from my career of 30 years to enter Culinary School. You may be laughing to yourself at this moment with a thought of 'is she crazy?', and actually somedays I do wonder, lol. In any case, classes start tomorrow and I am full-time. WOW!!
