I have a recipe for Cranberry Walnut Bread, and when I wrote it down (over the phone) I think I messed up the measures for baking powder and baking soda. Can anyone make an educated guess as to what they should be?
2 cups Flour
??? Baking Powder (I wrote 2 tsp, but that sounded high to me)
1 tsp Salt
??? Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter
1 small Unpeeled orange (cut in slices & processed until almost smooth and small amount of boiling water to make 1 cup total)
1 1/2 cups Coarsley Chopped Cranberries
1 cup Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
