Has anyone ever cooked with Arame? My friend gave me a rather large package and I look forward to playing with it, however I would like some input with its usage. Basically I'd like to learn things the easy way this time.
I thought about using it in soups and stir frys, but those are the obvious uses for a product like arame. Anyone have any creative suggestions?
