Hi all!

Back in October I switched careers from IT to restaurant - started out as a drudge and now I'm a fledgling 'main prep' cook, and for the first time actually excited about my job future. Think I've found my niche! :D:chef:

Figure if I'm going to be a professional, I need to start hanging out with some people who know more than me, so here I am, heh.
