How is everyone? i saw this site and implemented some of the advice i got from here and it worked very well. I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I am the GM of a restarurant and just took on the responsibilities of what a kitchen manager would be doing, so any advice as to kitchen costs and tricks of the trade would be appreciated.
