..don't know if anyone has seen it on TV. was held in Lyon the home of the greatest Chef of all Chefs.
France came first , Denmark second ,Switzerland 's Chefs third.
green salad, fruits and vegetables are the trend
Lots of butter and cream is out.
Also simplicity should be on your plate.,meaning you know what you eat when you see it and don't have to read the menu or guess what might be hiding under various layers of whatever...

Yeah, saw it and loved it. Man the pressure those chefs must have been under.
