My menu for competition

I will like introduce my menu to the chef wich was
for a festival in my country when is only once a year
and comes all hotels , restaurants and wery known people
from my country but I couldn"t go because it was something biger
in the middle .

OK let me start but wines won"t be because you don"t know
they are slovenian for each dish .

first of all the table is betwen 4 or 6 but my was for 6 people
whit tablecloth navy blue silck on top is another white silck
whit 4 crystal glases and ice carwing of 2 head of dolphins
who they looking inside

now comes my GALA dinner menu

CAPTAIN DINNER

cold appetizer

- PEARLS of the CASPIAN SEA
( combination of oysters and sevruga caiar )

soup

- Cream of Escargot by cap. COOK
( creamy soup of sea snails I hope is corest speling )

hot appetizer

- Caribbean Calamaris of Jamaica
( this is not my dish and I put in and is marinnated in papaya juice
and crisp-fried whit jerk-spiced bread crumbs served on black
bean-mango-papaya sauce )

main course

- Duo of MAHI-MAHI whit LOBSTER by POSEIDON
( tropical red fish whit lobster tail served whit melted butter
on lobster tail whit lightly cocking solty potato )

dessert

- Chocolate Decadence of the SEA
( duet of chocolate and vanila mouse whit just smal
stripes of caramel sauce )

I hope the translaiting was not to bad
and don" asking me how long I study the MENU
it was ower than 6 months
I hope you will try whit your wines one day

Boris- was this an event that you DID present your menu for, or were unable to do so? Sounds like a nice event.

Hi Boris,

The menu looks very good. I have visited Ljubljana and tasted some of the outstanding local wines. What a beautiful country you have! I look forward to another visit!

this is a big big event in my country and for this year I have another
menu and that will be FRENCH DINNER or I will stay whit that
this festival is in semptember
now I am studying a table set-up for the menu
