Ian Mellis is a wonderful cheesemonger, based in Edinburgh. All the best restaurants and hotels in Scotland are supplied by Ian. The range of cheeses he has is amazing and it's always a pleasure to visit his shop(s), where you can taste before you buy!
He also sells wonderful oatcakes to eat with the cheese. Not as good as my old family receipt - but really good for commercially produced oatcakes.
