Bonjour, Akila! I'm sure there are people here from Southern California who can advise you on finding wonderful, fresh ingredients to try. You probably won't find a decent pot of rillettes du porc (lord, do I miss that on fresh baguette! :lips: ) but maybe I'm wrong about that.
