Any thoughts on what chocolate tempering machines, either by brand and/or by model, are recommended for home use? I can't find anyone who actually uses one for home use. I learned how to temper chocolate recently in a chocolate intensive class but don't have much space in my home kitchen. Also, the agitation of the chocolate aggravates my shoulder injury. That's unfortunate. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
