Al Roker on Food Network

Hi,

On Feb 17 Roker did a show in which he featured a lasagna dish at Amorina, a restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. I'm enchanted by the concept of the dish, made with sheets of spelt instead of regular noodles and which had a very light filling. Did anyone see the show? I'd like to get the ingredient list for the lasagna. I forget what the sauce was - I think it was a ricotta cheese sauce, and I don't recall if there was any meat in the filling, or what kind of meat was used, if any.

Thanks for any help.

I did not see the show and don't know if this will help much, but you can email your question to Roker On The Road.. Heres a link for you.

Thanks, Joyful. I sent off an email as soon as I got your message. perhaps Roker or his people will get back to me soon. That Lasagna looked great, although I'm sure I can make something pretty close in any case. Still, I always like to have the original upon which to build.

I also asked my sister, who lives not to far from the restaurant, to give them a call.
