Shame on me!... Cannot even spell food after 40 years!!!... Wish I could correct it?...
Well, the Organization that puts the Convention (and others) together has been following my Blog... and they are giving me a booth... They want me on the floor!
Why?... They feel that I am human story in this world of stressed out Chefs... as they are seeing one individual that has been able to compensate that path by leaving it all behind and traveling... at the same time still cooking on the road for friends or whatever comes up!
The Blog will be made known to all the visitors ahead of time, they are taking care of all the promotion...
So... There I will be with my motorcycle/sidecar... whatever cooking gear I carry with me (a lot!), a cardboard real size picture of Spirit in the car (we know dogs and food do not mix...) and I will be talking to all and cooking a few times throughout the day...
What an incredible exposure... fun... who would have ever known this would have happened!
I was just hoping to meet some of the members from this board!... if they were present...
I still have to find a habitat for Spirit for those 5 days... much details to be worked out...
The organization also made me aware that there will be a lot of offers coming my way... either sponsorships or... this is all too new to me!
Life sure has some many unexpected turns... does'nt it?
