on the instruction of the site here is a thread about me...I'm starting out as a food writer, based in London, trying desperately to learn all things food-related so apologies in advance if I ask a seemingly simple question. I'm quite enthralled about the whole celebrity chef phenomenon, and quite fancy getting to the bottom of who's actually good - good at the food stuff and also 'good' in their restaurant practices, what ingredients they use - that kind of stuff.
Quite excited about getting stuck into the forum and becoming a 'foodie' - i love that word! excellent. :roll:
