Cheesecake recipe

Hi! I hope your day started well.

I have some guests this Wednesday, and I would like to make a cheesecake, but not the New York style one. I am looking for cheesecake that is almost like a mousse, much lighter. I hope you guys have that in your cookbooks!

Have you ever tried strawberry rhubarb cheesecake - so good!
