Italy - Rome, Milan, Venice

When my wife and I were in Paris 5 years ago we got some great tips here for places to eat in that area. Five more years of marriage, another destination!

Anyone got similar words of wisdom for these three cities in Italy? Going to be there late March/early April.

My own experience of these three cities is several years out of date. I'm sure someone here can add better!

I've also had luck at this website with restaurant reviews and travel tips: http://slowtalk.com/eve/ubb.x. They have tons of information and well-traveled members, too. I'm there under the same name. :)
