What to charge

I was asked by someone to do an ice carving, what do you think I should charge? The client will supply the ice and a work area, I have all the tools and time. I usually make at least one carving a week where I work but never any for someone outside of work so I am out of the loop when it comes to pricing. What would be a fair price for a rather easy carving of an angel I figure 2 hours tops including laying out the stencil.
Thank you for your input.

I think a simple ice carving should be around $200-250 delivered and setup. So if you deduct the delivery, cost of ice, maybe about $100?
