I would like to find some recipes for snake or alternately could someone tell me how to cook snake properly.

I have never cleaned snake before, I have only used it frozen (rattlesnake). It was a good dish, we breaded it with cajun spices, deep fried it and served it with a spicy remoulade.
Thanks,

I have done rattlesnake before. It is actually pretty easy to clean/bone. Just one long rib cage.

The meat is very lean and tastes like gator. I made it into sausage and incorporated pork fat into it.

Thanks for the advice. I have access here in israel primarily to vipers, like rattlesnakes are highly poisonous. How do you get rid of the poison?
