I can't even find this at the local asian market. Are there any mail order/internet sources for this? TIA

In BC, we have a relativley high asian population, so Nori is something that can be picked up at almost any grocery store. I'm not sure about a mail order source, but check out www.google.com.

Or try a health food store. If you've got a halfway decent health food store that sells miso and au naturel tamari and other kinds of seaweed and so on, chances are good that they'll either stock nori, or be able to order it for you. I can't get it in the (pathetic) Asian food stores here in my small Ontario town, but do see it at my local organic store.

(I prefer, however, to drive into Toronto, go to Japantown, and buy the huge cowchoking packages of the really good stuff...)

When I get a little money, I buy books. And if there is any left over, I buy food.

Yesterday I was in Champaign-Urbana. They have tons of wonderful ethnic grocery stores. I was able to find it there. Thank you all for your help.
