Baked Ravioli

Thread Starter
Hi I am a new member and have a question for my Easter dinner. I want to make baked ravioli, which I have done many times, but I usually use frozen ravioli, which I cook first in water, then layer in pan with sauce, etc. However, this time I am getting fresh (not frozen) homemade ravioli and want to know if anyone has tried layering the uncooked ravioli in pan with sauce and cheese and baking, without boiling ravioli first. In my mind it is just like making manicotti, but I am afraid to try it out on my guest. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I did this not too long ago and was quite pleased with the result. Time and Temp would be your biggest concerns.
