Slip mat for baking

HI,

Does any one know if you can use a slip mat on a" insulated" cookie sheet like AIR BAKES ? Store where i got it at says you cant and another lady there said you can. One person said they are made for just the plain metal cookies sheets not insulated ones. Any one here tried these mats on the AIR BAKES cookie sheets?

may take longer to brown.
but you can use it.
