Hi,
It’s great for me that I am here to learn more about cooking. I am not a professional cook but want to be a good one. Hope cheftalk helps me a lots in any aspects.
I love to search cooking sites on internet and collect recipes and features who helps me in cooking, and want to cook like professionals, its my dream.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Sarah. As another home cook looking to learn, I can assure you you'll find no better place to do that! Take some time to browse the forums and read the articles, cookbook reviews, etc.- there's so much information! Use the search tool if you want to zero in on something in particular.
