asparragus and savoy cabbage soup

1 savoy cabbage
10 asparagus
1 avocado
0,5 ltr boullion
garlic
cracked pepper and salt to taste
50ml dark soy sauce
15ml rice vinegar

Cut cabbage into stripes fry on olive oil until dark and crispy on the edges. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Boil wooden asparagus stalks in bouillion add chopped avocado. Give it bout 10 mins. Add half of fried cabbage give it another 10 mins, take out asparagus stalks (to hard to blend)
In the meantime grill asparagus with cracked pepper, garlic and salt
Blend the soup
chop grilled asparagus into thick pieces, place reserved fried cabbage in
the middle of plate, put asparagus slices on top, pour soup around the plate.
Garnish with chives

Since I have everything on hand for this, I guess I'm going to have to try it! The whole combo sounds a little odd to me, but that could just be my experiance.........
