...but I mean that in a good way. I mean, we have to be crazy to be in this business, right?
After reading everybody's impassioned and intellegent tirades, I have to say, it will be an honor to be among you all.

Thank you, Chef Leon, and welcome to Chef Talk. Yes, we can get a little goofy around here and sometimes quite passionate about things close to our hearts, but we usually play nice. :D What's your culinary thing?

My culinary thing is this: I've been working for this celebrity chef for a few years in the capacity of executive sous chef, chef de cuisine, and executive chef. Currently we're working on a new project. I love it/please shoot me.
