I use peanut oil (not Planters tho!) with all my stir-frys.. Peanut oil, and a splash of pure sesame oil. I just think its a much nicer flavor..
I use canola, evoo, or half evoo and half butter for everything else.
I did read on here in one of the threads that someone thought that canola oil smelled fishy?? Never had that problem with mine.. Its nice and neutral, no real smell to it at all..
