I just happened upon this site and am so glad I did!
I don't cook professionally, but if I had realized my love of cooking and foods when I was younger, I would have gone into the field instead of going into healthcare.
I enjoy prepping, cooking, and working on the finest presentations I can. Holidays are my favorite time of year (I added Peking Duck to the Thanksgiving menu last year, as per my daughter's request).
Anyway, I hope to learn much from everyone here!

Mezzaluna, now wasn't that the name of the infamous restaurant where Nicole last dined? :)
