Hello,everyone.

I have been in this crazy/passionate/maddening profession going on 18 years.Nice to see there is a board dedicated to those of us who do this for a living!
I've done everything from private establishments,off-site catering,line-cooking to Ritz-Carlton.
Everyone have a most festive day;I look forward to some interesting topics on this board.
