Hi, fellow chefs
I m would be very grateful if any one can help me out , I'M looking for a very simple & authentic basic Recipe for Bagels and and how to handle it if i 'm going into variations .T Q.:rolleyes:

You would get more visibility for this question if you posted it in the Pastries and Baking general forum or the Professional Pastry Chefs' forum. This forum is for discussions about equipment rather than recipes.
