I was trying to figure out the name of this? It is an Italian kind of thing where you mix olive oil with parsley, basil and other spices. I think the name be samurega??? I may be spelling it wrong, but I am not sure. Someone please help!

Are you possibly thinking of salmoriglio which is a sauce of lemon, garlic, olive oil, and oregano or parsley?
