Ok its kind of funny....but not really.
My nose itches constantly. I feel very strongly about sanitation procedures..but I cannot run to the bathroom to scratch my nose and wash my hands 200 times a day. lol I never use my hand to "scratch" my nose. I usually just brush it quickly with the sleave of my chef coat. Well the health inspecter caught me. :eek: I feel like a fool. It was 5 points. They put it under a "hand-washing" violation. But I didn't use my hand or even my arm.
Well, since then everyone in the shop has been noticing how much they touch their face. Most people dont realize how many times in a typical hour they touch their face.
I understand why it is a no/no. But what can I do?
