Hello everyone! I found this board while googleing some good cookware (my Belgique stuff from my wedding 15 years ago is getting kinda beat up), and pretty much immediately lost my mind while reading. I don't cook for a living, but i'm probably just as obsessive as some of you that do about it. :) Can't wait to learn some new tricks, and maybe share some of mine.

Oh, the list is endless. I've lived 5 places since I got the set -- Japan, Hawaii, D.C., Washington State, and now Virginia (AKA America's Armpit). So yeah, i've pretty much tried every local ingredient there is, with a heavy emphasis on Mexican and Oriental... and fish.. well, yeah. Just alot of wear and tear. I could have probably got new ones 5 years ago, but I feel like i'm burying an old friend or something. :)
