I would like to add a fruit puree or a coffee / toffee type syrup to vanilla ice cream to create a ripple effect.
What is the best way of doing this in order to end up with a uniform scoop for each serving.
If it is of help I am using a Gaggia Gelatiera all in one ice cream machine.
