Do You Have Lumpy Paprika?

If so, get rid of it. It's not moisture that makes it clump, it's mould. I just learned that from the wife.

interesting, i never heard that before. why would mold make it clump?

Mold grows on the surface and then it just clings on to the mold next to it? They're all in it together don'tcha know? :)

Good heavens! We've had a hot and humid spell here over the last couple of weeks. Apparently hot pepper flakes get moldy too. I had to throw out a bottle and my backup bag. I was clumpy and clearly moldy. There's a first for everything!

Lumpy Paprika

I keep my Paprika, Cayanne, Pepper Flakes, etc. in the freezer. Keeps bugs from developing and would also prevent mold.
