Hi! My I'm "Shelly Anne" from Alabama. I retired from a 21 year nursing career 3 months ago after opening a catering business last August. The business is busy at times and slow at other times, but I am learning so much everyday. I am excited to be a part of this site because I know I will learn so much from all the "experts". I love cooking and trying new ideas and recipes. I feel like most of the time I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm trying to fake it until I figure it out. Shel
