What's your favorite oyster sauce, or the one you think is most "authentic?" I've been using Lee Kum Kee Premium sauce for a few years, and recently was told about another sauce, which also seems to be highly recommended, Mae Krua (or sometimes Maekrua). Any comments on these two sauces, or others of comparable or better, more authentic, quality?
