Pics of my Almond Succes

A customer wanted a flourless cake for a party. This is an almond Succes; 3 layers of dacquoise with swiss buttercream filled with ground dacquoise. I've never made one before, but it came out pretty well and the customer was thrilled. The stripes aren't perfect, but IMHO it looked better in person.

TapTapper, it looks delicious! Care to share your recipe? I'm always looking for flourless pastries (for low carbing and for Passover).
