What I've heard and read is that it sucks. Cook's Illustrated wasn't kind.
What I saw on the TV ad is that you have to do a ton of prep work anyway to feed the stupid thing ingredients so what's the point?

I've got one. Friend Wife saw it in the store and fell in love.
Within it's limitations it's a grand machine. None finer, for instance, for making smoothies. And it's great for small quantities of, say, crepe batter and the like.
But it is neither a serious mini-processor nor blender. And don't try grinding spices or coffee with either of the blades. It does a poor job at best.
All in all, I'd say there are better units out there.
