Chinese Garlic

It's interesting to note that Christopher Ranch, one of the largest producers of garlic in the US, has chosen to use Chinese garlic in it's products because it's cheaper. Imagine that ... as far as I'm concerned, that's very disappointing.

Interesting - 75% comes from China. I buy the Christopher Ranch whole garlic bulbs but have never tried their sauces. I wonder what they use in the jars of chopped and minced garlic. I'm heading to the store and will check it out. I just figured all of their products were California garlic.
