hi all :
if some boady now what the defferent between the american cheese cake and the german one and if possible baked cheese cake recipe (i have proplem the cheese cake fall down after going out of the oven )light recipe

Well I'm no expert so hopefully someone else will step in here and tell you more..
Most American cheese cakes are made from cream cheese as a base..
German cheesecake is usually made with quark..

The only hint I can give you on the sinking is that perhaps you're overbeating your mixture or maybe you're baking it at too high a temperature?
