Anyways, my question concerns selling things to restaurants. I've just started selling Italian imported ingredients (olive oil and tomatoes and such) and was wondering what it takes to make a good sale. I know the Chefs here probably have dealt with this sort of thing and I was hoping you guys can clue me in.
The company I work for is Prodotti Apulia. They have a website, check it out and tell me what you think. I think there's a few parts that need improvement, but it has a nice shopping system. Is online ordering convenient for Chefs?
I'm really new at this sort of thing.
