My name is james, my nickname is Jamesford. I have about 2 years of cooking experiance, I am 19 years old and I plan on attending culinary school in the sping semester. I currently work at a Kentucky State Park Lodge, as seasonal help (have been working there about 2 months, and I am going to try to get a full time cook position... The assistant chef, as well as the park administrators are also pulling for me, so I have a good chance of getting it).
I love cooking, although I don't know too much about it yet. I am learning more and more each day thanks to my co-workers, who are always more than willing to teach someone who is eager to learn.
I look forward to learning from all of you as well, and hopefully being able to bring something of substance to a topic or two, but I am mostly here to learn.
