What's up all. I decided to register for the forums today after checking them out a little. A little info, I am 25 been to culinary school, have a AA in HRA w/ a Certificate in culinary arts, and am currently working on a BA in HRA at Missouri State while line cooking at a local restaurant. The restaurant is not haute cuisine, but we do do check averages of $60-$80 for a 2 top and about 120-150 covers on an average night. So anyway nice to be here.
