Hi, I was curious, my husband and i watched Fast Food Nation the other night. it got me thinking. So i was just wondering if anyone else had seen it and what they thought.

That it was an obvious and stupid premise pandering to our weight and self-image fears. And a press anxious to beat up anything corporate.

Someone who figured out Michael Moore's lame movie making and copied it.

I didn't read the book, but friends that have liked it quite a bit. The movie however did not work for me. Long monologues and an arsenal of "name" actors won't compensate for a crap script. I didn't connect with any of the characters.
