Thought I'd drop a quick line or two about myself here. First, let me say I'm glad to be a part of cheftalk.com and am looking forward to meeting new people with similar interests in food and cooking. I am almost done with my first quarter of classes at Sullivan University in Lexington KY. Having a blast with the basics and am looking forward to more classes to come.
If anyone out there has information on careers in the food business that are not in the kitchen I would really like to hear about them! It's the one thing that is really on my mind right now. Have a great day, and look forward to talking with all of you!
