I am looking for a kitchen to rent to start a small ARTISAN chocolate business.

So far i have only found Chef Cohen’s commercial kitchen in santee.

Have you checked with your local fairgrounds/stadium, most of the time they have fully equipted kitchens, that are only in use on the weekends or during a certain season. It's worth looking into.

a chocolateer just came by tonight, she has got shared space at a small interprise startup incubator......cold room is all hers.
